Junior Scholar

Frank Hinojosa is a Ph.D. student in economics at the Graduate Center, with an interest in development economics, labor economics, poverty, and inequality. He holds a master’s degree in applied nathematics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a bachelor’s degree in economics from ESAN University of Peru. He has worked as an analyst in various companies and governmental institutions, holding positions related to statistical management in areas such as education, social development, and income, among others. In one of his research projects, he analyzed the importance of workers’ education in high, medium, and low productivity sectors for the Peruvian economy, highlighting its effects on salaries.
